Search Engine Optimization: Most of the users coming to the internet use search engines. Artificial Intelligence has just made search easier for all the users. Just type in the intended keyword, and the results would appear. Before AI this was generated through keyword relevance and statistical frequency of the search. Machine Learning was used in this process. Machine Learning processes are used to do just basic tasks. Complex tasks require Artificial Intelligence as the knowledge part is deeply embedded in their systems. As they say, search engine optimization is not just about backlinks but many other factors. AI takes into consideration your location, area, frequently searched websites, etc. Artificial Intelligence isn’t unchanging it is made to learn and relearn. This all is done while performing tasks. Ideally, KPIs will be easy to gather and query from existing accounting or HR records and will provide data that can be used to make meaningful management decisions.

As with any department, the most important thing to observe with your IT workers is their daily productivity and cost-effectiveness. Some KPIs commonly used to determine day-to-day efficiency include average ticket response times, the percentage of orders resolved, and customer satisfaction rates.

As anyone who has worked in IT knows, sometimes there are fires to put out. A team that works efficiently on most days might still not be well equipped to troubleshoot a serious unexpected issue. The most successful managers will use KPIs to strategically adjust their personnel for the future, always striving for both greater day-to-day efficiency and resilience when faced with tougher problems. Weak organizations merely improvise their responses to issues, and middling ones will have codified plans but limited experience implementing them. Strong organizations, on the other hand, have a robust plan for almost every situation, seasoned employees, and a strategy to continue growing stronger in the future based on the weaknesses identified by KPIs.
Knowing how to interpret and respond to KPIs is just as important as collecting them.

Disappointing KPIs may indicate it’s time for hirings or firings, reassigning tasks, or an equipment upgrade, and encouraging KPIs may mean that the business has room to expand. In an IT department, replacing old gear, outsourcing tasks to outside consultants, and focusing on employee development will typically yield the greatest results.

How Autonomous Driving Technology Will Transform the Future of Motorization

In the past few decades, both automotives and our driving experience have changed beyond recognition. Driving used to be a solitary act but the advancement of mobile technology has transformed our cars into hubs of connectivity. AI driven cars are much less likely to coast in incorrect gears and brake excessively. On a small scale, this will help save money and on a large scale this could save the environment. Some estimates suggest that the transition to autonomous cars could help reduce CO2 emissions by as much as 300 million tons per year. Autonomous cars will not only reduce our fuel bills dramatically, but will reduce our pollution as well.

Autonomous Vehicles = More Free Time

Ultimately, autonomous vehicles will lead to more free time. Rather than being stuck at the wheel trying to brace yourself for a day at work you’ll be able to relax for 30 minutes with your favorite music and some onboard entertainment. Whether this is in a personal car or a taxi you’ve hired in the city. In fact, many won’t even need to purchase a car in order to travel affordably.

In many ways handing over control of the wheel to AI may seem difficult, especially when so many of us enjoy driving on a day-to-day basis. Yet autonomous vehicles will give us thousands of hours of freedom that would otherwise be lost to the struggle of commuting.
