Dancing has long been a representation of culture, a celebration and a great way to express one’s self as an individual. It is such an engaging activity that requires 1-2 people depending on the style.

However the engaging part is the connection that each individual gains with the music and begins to move with it. This connection of rhythm allows the body to flow naturally and feel the dance as much as complete it.

Learning to dance can be a challenging task not just from a physical point of view but also from a mental point. It is something that often doesn’t come naturally to many.
